Individual Opportunities
Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion
The Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) engages UGA faculty and staff in
building capacity to contribute to and sustain an inclusive campus environment. The
CDI is offered in partnership with the Human Resources Training and Development Department
and other offices and programs across the institution
Dialogues in Diversity
Dialogues in Diversity is a lunchtime series that provides an opportunity for faculty
and staff to discuss, share, and offer recommendations for enhancing inclusive excellence
across the University of Georgia campuses. Through Dialogues, our aim is to foster
an informal gathering of awareness-building and action among our faculty and staff.
NCFDD
NCFDD is an independent faculty development center dedicated to supporting academics
in making successful transitions throughout their careers.
Lead @ 3
Lead @ 3 provides support to women in staff and faculty roles at UGA in identifying pathways for professional success, developing leadership competencies, and building community. Three times a semester, three women will offer three pieces of advice or life lessons related to leadership and navigating their careers as women. This program is facilitated by UGA academics, administrators, and alumni.
